How LetterRelay works
A simple ritual, made to travel.
Every part of the experience keeps the focus on the letter—not on followers, likes, or a public profile.
Choose kind words
Build the message from a carefully approved catalog. Public letters never begin with an empty, unmoderated text box.
Make it yours
Choose the paper, envelope, typography, color, and festive stickers for both sides of the letter.
Pass it forward
The next person sees where the journey began, where it has reached, and can continue the same chain.
Light the tree
Your first full letter—and every fifteenth after it—earns an ornament for the Global Tree.
Your Christmas inbox
Every arrival feels like opening real post.
The inbox stays calm and readable. Open a letter only when you want to see its design, route, stops, and the next way to continue its story.
- ✓ One inbox for received letters and ongoing journeys
- ✓ Clear origin, current stop, and travel history
- ✓ Quick replies chosen from safe seasonal messages
A real letter studio
The message is curated. The creation is yours.
LetterRelay separates what keeps the community safe from what makes every letter personal. Words come from approved choices; the visual composition remains playful and expressive.

The Global Tree
A living tree that grows with every person.
The tree begins quietly. As the community grows, it becomes taller and fuller while each ornament settles into the shared constellation. Your own ornament always remains easy to find.
↗Grows with the communityThe tree scales with participation, not a fixed decorative number.
✦Your light stays visibleA bright locator keeps your ornament recognizable in the crowd.
◎Every ornament carries a wishOpen one to discover a small approved message from somewhere in the world.

Built around care
The magic needs boundaries.
A warm anonymous exchange only works when the product reduces avoidable risk from the beginning.
Curated, not free-form
Public letters, replies, and wishes are assembled from reviewed language instead of unrestricted text.
Pseudonymous identity
A pen name, small sign, and country create a public signature without turning the experience into a profile network.
Quiet by design
No follower count, public comment wall, or engagement feed competes with the act of sending one thoughtful thing.
Review before visibility
Organization ornaments require identity and destination review before they can appear publicly.
For thoughtful organizations
Support the tree without turning it into an ad.
Organizations can apply for a restrained ornament carrying their verified logo, one approved seasonal wish, and one subtle destination link.
