2. LetterRelay service
This notice applies to the presentation website at letterrelay.com, the LetterRelay application, and the service API at api.letterrelay.com. Product features, eligibility, account rules and moderation are described in the Terms of Use and Community Rules.
The presentation website does not provide account login or account management. The separate application provides those functions. Voluntary support on the website redirects to Stripe-hosted Checkout only after the visitor chooses to continue.

Communications are accepted in English and Romanian. Authority communications concerning the service can use either electronic contact and should identify the authority, legal basis and requested action.
4. Voluntary support and consumer information
LetterRelay may offer a one-time voluntary support payment. It is not a subscription and does not purchase a digital feature, placement, moderation outcome or public benefit. The selected amount and payment details are displayed in Stripe Checkout before confirmation. You may leave Checkout before confirming payment. For a duplicate, mistaken or disputed charge, contact support@letterrelay.com; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Intellectual property and legal notices
The LetterRelay name, interface, original illustrations, curated text, website and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.
Send formal notices with enough information to identify the affected material, account or request and a reliable reply address. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary identity documents.
