LetterRelay is an adults-only Christmas letter relay and a Kodably.com product. Kodably.com is operated by RUSEI MS COMPANY S.R.L. Use LetterRelay kindly, never impersonate a person or organization, and use the in-app report and block controls when something feels unsafe.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a LetterRelay account. By confirming the age statement and accepting these terms in the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and agree to the current Terms and Community Rules.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the application. The public presentation website may be viewed without an account.

2. What LetterRelay provides
The app lets members create letters from an approved text catalog, customize paper, envelopes and approved stickers, receive letters, continue journeys, send preset replies and add approved wishes to a shared Christmas tree. Free-form public letter text is not accepted.
When organic activity is temporarily unavailable, LetterRelay may deliver a starter letter. An opened starter is identified as “Starter letter by LetterRelay”; its seasonal alias and country are fictional and do not represent another member.
The website is informational. Its only transactional feature is an optional handoff to Stripe-hosted Checkout for voluntary support.
3. Accounts and public signatures
Access uses Google sign-in. Your selected pen name, sign and country form the public signature shown with letters and routes; do not use them to impersonate someone or mislead others. Your Google email and Firebase account identifier are not shown on public letters.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your LetterRelay account is being misused.
4. Community safety and moderation
You must follow the Community Rules. You may not use LetterRelay for harassment, hateful or sexual content, threats, spam, fraud, impersonation, unlawful material, commercial solicitation outside the reviewed organization flow, or attempts to bypass safety controls.
Member letters include report and block controls. Blocking prevents future matching in both directions and hides that sender's letters from the blocker's inbox. Reports are reviewed privately; submitting knowingly false or abusive reports is prohibited.
We may investigate, restrict, hide, remove or preserve relevant material, and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, rights protection or service integrity. A member affected by a moderation or access decision may request human review at support@letterrelay.com and should identify the account and decision without sending a password or authentication code.
5. Organization ornaments
Only an authorized representative may submit an organization name, HTTPS website, logo and selected wish. You must own the submitted material or have permission to use it. Every submission is subject to identity, link, logo and policy review; submission does not guarantee publication.
A contribution or commercial relationship never buys approval, visibility, placement or a public message.
6. Voluntary support
You may choose a one-time contribution amount in Stripe-hosted Checkout. It is voluntary, provides no digital feature or public benefit, and is not presented as a charitable or tax-deductible donation. It is not a subscription. Stripe processes the payment under its own terms and privacy practices.
Checkout displays the selected amount before confirmation, and you may leave before confirming payment. For a duplicate, mistaken or disputed charge, contact support@letterrelay.com. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you have in submitted organization assets and grant LetterRelay a limited permission to store, review, resize and display approved assets only for operating the submitted ornament. You may request removal.
The LetterRelay name, brand, interface, illustrations, curated text, software and other product materials are protected by applicable rights and may not be copied or presented as another service without permission.
8. Availability and responsibility
Letter delivery, route progression, ornament approval and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. LetterRelay may change, pause or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without excluding rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party services and websites, including Google and Stripe, are governed by their own terms and are outside LetterRelay's control.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Please contact support@letterrelay.com first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
Eligible consumers may also use the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection's Alternative Dispute Resolution service. Nothing in this section prevents either party from using a competent court or another mandatory remedy.
10. Account deletion and termination
You can permanently delete your account from Account & settings. Account-owned letters, ornaments, applications, reports, block relationships and the Google sign-in connection are removed. Detached journey history may remain only as pseudonymous route information without your account identifier. See Delete your LetterRelay account and Data Retention.
LetterRelay may restrict or end access for material or repeated violations, security threats or legal requirements.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when the product, law or operating model changes. Material changes require acceptance in the application before further account activity. The 2 October 2026 clarification added operator, contact, payment and dispute information without changing the account-use rules in version 2026-09-28.
