LetterRelay is a Kodably.com product, and Kodably.com is operated by RUSEI MS COMPANY S.R.L. LetterRelay uses curated messages and approved visual assets, but safety still depends on honest identities, lawful organization submissions and responsible use of reporting.
1. Adults only, kindness always
You must be 18 or older. Do not harass, bully, threaten, shame, target or repeatedly contact another member. Do not use LetterRelay to coordinate harmful activity.
2. Do not deceive or impersonate
Choose only a catalog pen name and sign. Do not claim to be a real person, public figure, company or authorized representative when you are not. LetterRelay starter letters are disclosed when opened and do not represent real members.
3. Prohibited content and behavior
- hate, discrimination or dehumanizing content;
- sexual content, exploitation or attempts to involve minors;
- violence, threats, self-harm encouragement or dangerous instructions;
- spam, scams, malware, fraud or unauthorized advertising;
- illegal content or attempts to bypass curated-copy and upload controls;
- scraping, automation, interference or unauthorized access.
Letters use approved phrases and stickers. Attempts to encode prohibited messages through selections, visual placement, links, logos or metadata still violate these rules.
4. Organization submissions
Submit an organization only when authorized. The name, logo and HTTPS destination must be accurate, safe and rights-cleared. No submission is public until reviewed. Donations never affect approval or placement.
5. Report and block
Open a member letter and use Report letter to choose a safety reason. You may also block the sender in the same step. Use Block sender when you want immediate separation without filing a report.
Blocking hides the sender's letters and prevents future matching in both directions. Manage blocked senders from Account & settings. Reports are private; do not submit false or retaliatory reports.
6. Review and enforcement
LetterRelay may review reports and organization applications, remove or hide content, reject submissions, restrict matching, suspend access, preserve relevant evidence, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary. Decisions consider context, severity, repetition, safety and legal obligations.
If a moderation, organization-review or access decision affects you, request human review at support@letterrelay.com. Identify the relevant account, letter, application or decision and explain the concern. Do not send a password or authentication code.
