LetterRelay is a Kodably.com product, and Kodably.com is operated by RUSEI MS COMPANY S.R.L. The public presentation website does not set LetterRelay analytics, advertising, preference or profiling cookies and does not write LetterRelay data to localStorage or sessionStorage.
1. Scope
This policy covers the public presentation and policy pages at letterrelay.com. The separate LetterRelay application uses authentication and device storage needed for account and app functions; those data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Storage used by this website
LetterRelay's website code does not currently set first-party cookies or browser-storage identifiers. The seasonal interface, navigation and Christmas countdown run without storing a visitor profile. A temporary random request key is kept only in page memory while a visitor opens Stripe Checkout; it is not written to persistent device storage.
3. Essential hosting and security technology
The hosting or delivery provider may use strictly necessary, short-lived security or load-balancing technology to deliver the page, mitigate abuse or protect the service. LetterRelay does not use that technology for advertising or cross-site profiling. Where a provider activates such a control, its exact name and duration are determined by that provider and the security event.
4. Services you choose to open
Selecting voluntary support sends an empty request to the LetterRelay API and then, if successful, opens Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe may use cookies or similar technology on its own domain for checkout, fraud prevention and payment security under its own notice. Google Play, your email application, Kodably.com, Rusei MS Company and other external destinations have their own storage and privacy practices.
The public LetterRelay page does not embed those third-party pages, advertising pixels, social widgets or analytics scripts before you choose to leave LetterRelay.
5. Browser controls
You can inspect, block or clear website storage in your browser or device settings. Blocking strictly necessary provider security technology may prevent a page or payment destination from working correctly. Because the public site currently sets no optional LetterRelay cookies, there is no LetterRelay preference to withdraw on this site.
6. Future changes
If LetterRelay later introduces analytics, advertising or another non-essential device-storage purpose, it will update this policy and request any consent required before activating that technology. A policy update alone will not be treated as consent.
