Delete your LetterRelay account

Send a deletion request to the LetterRelay team, or delete directly while signed in to the app.

LetterRelay is a Kodably.com product, and Kodably.com is operated by RUSEI MS COMPANY S.R.L. You can send a verified deletion request to our team from this page without reinstalling the app. If you are already signed in, Account & settings can delete the account directly.

1. Send an account-deletion request

Email us from the Google email address used for LetterRelay. The button below opens a prepared message to support@letterrelay.com. Review it and press Send in your email application to submit the request. If the button does not open an email application, write to the same address with the subject “LetterRelay account deletion”.

Do not send a password, authentication code or identity document unless we explain why proportionate additional information is necessary. We verify that the requester controls the connected account, acknowledge the request, and normally complete a verified request within one month unless a legal or security exception applies. We will explain any legally permitted extension.

2. Delete directly in the app

  1. Open LetterRelay and sign in with the Google account connected to LetterRelay.
  2. Open Account & settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Read the deletion summary, tick the confirmation box and select Delete account permanently.

The authenticated deletion begins immediately. Do not close the app while “Deleting…” is shown.

3. Data removed

  • Firebase Authentication account and active LetterRelay profile;
  • account-owned sent and received letter records;
  • personal ornaments, reward state and organization applications;
  • uploaded organization logos owned by the account;
  • active reports, block relationships and duplicate-prevention records associated with the account.

4. Data that may remain temporarily or in limited form

Detached journey history may remain for other relay participants only as the previously selected pen name, country and route timing, without the deleted Firebase UID. Provider-managed backups and security logs expire under their normal rotation. Payment, fraud, dispute or legal records may be retained where required.
